Mustard Seeds
/ Kaduku - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds /
Jeerakam - ½ tsp
Sesame Seeds /
Ellu / Til - 2 tblsp

Leaves - 1 sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all
ingredients to a smooth thick batter.
Take arbi
leaves and remove the thick stalk.
Take each leaf
spread batter on top place another leaf and repeat the same.
Roll it tight.
Steam it for
30 mins.
Cool it and
cut into pieces.
Now heat oil
in a pan, add in mustard, cumin and sesame seeds and let it sizzle.
Add the sliced
arbi roll and cook till light golden.
Serve
hot.
