ingredients:
For stuffing:
2 tsp oil
1/2 onion(finely chopped)
1/2 capsicum(finely chopped)
2 medium potato(boiled & mashed)
3 tbsp peri peri sauce/chilli sauce
salt to taste

2 tsp butter
3 chapati/wrap(left over)
3 tsp mayonise
1 cup cabbage(thinly shredded)
6 tbsp cheddar/mozzarella cheese(grated)
How To Make Veg Cheese Frankie With Step By Step Photo:
1.firstly,prepare the stuffing by heating oil.
2.saute 1/2 onion till they turn translucent.
3.also saute 1/2 capsicum for a minute or two.
4.additionally,add 2 boiled and mashed potato and saute for a minute.
5.furthermore,add 3 tbsp peri peri sauce/chilli sauce and salt to taste.
6.mix well and stuffing is ready.keep aside.
7.now heat tawa and warm up leftover chapati or wrap with some butter.
8.further spread a tsp of mayonise(homemade/store-brough).
9.also spread 2 tbsp of prepared stuffing.
10.top with few shredded cabbage and grated cheese.
11.roll tight making sure the stuffing doesn't come out.
12.also wrap with a aluminum foil to get a street side feel.
13.finally,serve veg cheese frankie or pack to your lunch box.
