Ingredients:
1 Litre milk
2 kgs ghee
20 cardamom ports
2 kgs black gram(udad flour)
20 almonds
20 cashow nuts
200 gms adible gum
1.750 gms sugar

1.Heat milk and ghee,stir it very well and cook it untill it starts bubbling.
2.Add heated milk & ghee to the black gram flour,mix it very well with the help of spoon and make sure that there is no big lumbs of black gram flour.
3.Again heat some ghee and add adible gum and cook it a little.

Make sugar syrup by melting sugar in water.add black gram flour mixture into the sugar syrup and mix it very well.
6.Add adible gum and stir it very well,now add cardamom powder,crushed cashew nuts and almonds again mix it very well.
Put all the mixture into a tray and spread it equally and let it cool down.
